If the employee cannot access due to expired password:
Provide them with this link:

If the employee still cannot access their portal ask them to try the following:
– Clearing browsing history
– Deleting all saved vocantas links
– Opening a new browsing window and typing in the link https://nbrhc-staff.vocantasonline.com/
– If having issues with Safari then they will need to download google chrome then typing in the vocantas link
