Nominations will take place at the CUPE 139 / 139‑01 General Members Meeting on April 8 at 7:30 PM.
📍 Remax Building, McIntyre St

The Job Tracker helps ensure job postings follow the collective agreement. Duties include reviewing weekly postings, updating the job posting spreadsheet, monitoring filled positions, tracking transfers and leaves, and providing regular reports to the membership.

Members interested in supporting fair and accurate job posting processes are encouraged to attend.

The employer added our pay and premium increases on the February 5/26

For employees who triggered a vacation allotment increase you should have seen a lump some increase for Part Time and an increase in hours in your bank if Full Time.

Key Duties

• Monitor the inner door at meetings and ensure only eligible members or authorized guests enter.
• Help maintain accurate attendance records.
• Support additional tasks assigned by the Executive Board.
• Attend New Hire orientations to collect new member contact and employment information.
• Keep member contact lists updated and provide copies to the Recording Secretary.
