• Report the issue within 48 hours to your manager, covering manager, or the AHM so they have an opportunity to address the concern promptly.
• If the issue is not resolved by the end of your shift, complete the Workload Complaint Form to ensure the problem is formally documented.
• Provide clear details, including what occurred, when it happened, who you notified, and how the issue affected your work.
• Please send a copy to your Manager, Cynthia, and Farrah to ensure proper follow‑up and union support:
